Kinnettles Hotel, St. Andrews is absolutely ecstatic to announce our partnership with the multi-award winning chef-proprietor Adam Newth from The Tayberry restaurant in Broughty Ferry.
The Arbroath born chef was named Scotland’s young chef of the year and young seafood chef of the year at the CIS excellence awards in 2015. Adam excels at sourcing and utilising the natural Scottish larder particularly the seafood sourced from our terrific Scottish waters.
Kinnettles Hotel offers a contemporary dining experience, using a combination of modern and classic cooking techniques to celebrate the taste of Scotland and it’s natural cuisine. Adam will most certainly add an enhanced culinary flair to both our Kinnettles venues and will undoubtedly impress all those dining at our establishments.
